Are the crystals on your website natural or treated?
All of our crystals are natural unless stated otherwise. We pride ourselves on offering high-quality crystals. If any crystals are treated (e.g., dyed, heat treated or enhanced), this will be clearly noted in the product title or description.
How do I know if a crystal is authentic?

Can I choose the specific crystal I want, or is it random?
Our website offers a variety of both exact pick and intuitively picked crystals. Please refer to the title and description of the crystal you’re interested in to determine whether it’s an exact crystal you can select or one that has been intuitively chosen for you.
Are your crystals perfect?
While we strive to offer high-quality crystals, many natural crystals come with imperfections. These imperfections—such as cracks, inclusions, or variations in shape—are part of what makes each crystal unique and beautiful. They do not affect the crystal’s energy or healing properties and are a natural result of the crystal’s growth process.
Do you sell imperfect crystals?
Yes, we do offer crystals with natural imperfections. These crystals are often priced more affordably and can be perfect for those who appreciate the beauty in flaws or are looking for a more budget-friendly option. Each imperfect crystal will be clearly labeled in the title and/or description. If you’re drawn to a crystal with imperfections, it may be exactly what you need! Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can track your package.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship within Canada and the United States. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on your location. Please note that any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
Why is shipping so expensive?

Can i pick up my order in person?
At this time, we do not offer in-person pickups. All orders are processed and shipped directly to the address provided during checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Can i return or exchange my items?
Thank you for shopping with us! Due to the unique nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any crystals, minerals, or other items purchased.
Because each crystal is one-of-a-kind, we encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, images, and sizes before making a purchase. If you have any questions about a specific item, please reach out to us before placing your order.
What should i do if an item is arrived damage?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will assist you with a replacement or store credit. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide clear photos of the item(s) damaged and the packaging along with your order details. We aim to respond within 72 business hours. Please note that if you request a replacement, the cost of return shipping will be the buyer’s responsibility.
